Former District Chairman of Inner Wheel District 13, preceded by 30 years of outstanding service to the Inner Wheel Club of Northwick Park and District 13, brought a Paul Harris Fellowship for Valerie Bunn at our meeting on 27 July 2011. Valerie is the other half of our Club Assistant Treasurer Robert, and has been a driving force for many of the joint events run by both Clubs over the years. All agreed that the Fellowship was well deserved even though the presenter, Past President David Parker had waited some time for a meeting of the Rotary Club of Northwick Park at which Valerie was present. It happened on the same evening as Sandra Howard, Baroness Howard of Lympne visited the club as our speaker, and that seemed to add to the joy of the occasion. Well done Valerie!
