Members of the Club were at Tesco, in Neasden, supporting the Royal National Institute for Blind People (RNIB).
RNIB had been granted permission to collect from Tesco in and around North West London on 3 September 2015, but had had problems marshalling enough collectors for the opportunities given by Tesco.
The appeal went out to Rotary, and the Rotary Club of Northwick Park was there, helping support another charity in our Community.
We will wait to hear how well we did – all the cans were sealed – but lots of members of the people came and spoke to us, and there were lots of donations.
