The District 1130 Conference was held once again in Bournemouth between 18-20 October 2019, and provided an opportunity for Rotarians across London to meet and confer on the topics that interest them.
There was a wide range of speakers on many subjects. There was even a talk almost repeated from last year! Some left us in a sombre mood (modern slavery), some left us exhausted (DoGoodery) and some left us laughing (Kids Out).
The entertainment went well on the two evenings with a Gypsy Kings Tribute Band, and The Harlem Meer Cats who played the music of Duke Ellington, Cab Calloway, and many others.
The weather even played its part, and we all enjoyed the company.
