Our meeting on Wednesday 21 September 2022 was a Fellowship Meeting where we have a number of discussions on different interesting topics.
We had updates on the Pinner Village Show which had taken place earlier in September at Pinner Memorial Park, and on the Kenton Area Traders Association Annual General Meeting with which the Club has good representation.
The Club has received an offer to purchase 1,000 new tree saplings, and has agreed to fund this. As soon as we have the trees and the location sorted, more information will be made available through this website. The Club has also agreed to support the North London Disability Games taking place at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore on 09 October 2022, and it looks like we will be running the table tennis competition again.
And amongst all this, we received the Club Secretary of the Rotary Club of Bangalore Oasis, Dinesh Shriyan, who was visiting family in Wembley and sought out our Club for a visit. We were pleased to organise an exchange of Club Banners.
