Many members of the Club were present at the Book Launch that took place at our meeting venue on Saturday 09 December 2017.
With the support of the London Borough of Brent Mayor, Councillor Chohan, and later with the support of the London Borough of Harrow, Councillor Davine, Melanie Hughes (pictured on the right of the Mayor in the photo above) launched two books: ‘Midnight Legacy’ and ‘War Changes Everything’.
There was brisk business with books being sold to the many attendees. This was an event the Club was proud to support, and the picture above shows President Mollie Hacking MBE (to the left of the Mayor) and Sandy and George Myrants.
We all wish Melanie Hughes every success with the two novels.
