At our meeting on 13 November 2019, we did not have a speaker so we took the opportunity to run the second Club Health Check – a questionnaire that helps the Club identify the aspects that help us improve.
Before we launched into the questionnaire we had a report on the ill-health of some of our members, we heard about a Club meeting in Cyprus, the Remembrance Day Service in Harrow, and a last minute escape from the flooding in Venice! President Rachelle had been involved in mock-interviews for school leavers, and we heard about a project mentoring youngsters leaving care.
It was then ‘eyes down’ for the Club Health Check which reviews the Club Experience, the Service and Socials run by the Club, Members and Membership, Image and Public Image, and Business and Operations.
We hope to get the analysis back soon. This time, the questionnaire was sent by email to all those members of the Club that missed the meeting!
